Hemant Todi

Hemant Todi has extensive work experience in data analytics and insights. Hemant began their career as a Senior Analyst at Capital One, where they provided data analytics support to collection and recovery operations. Hemant then moved on to roles such as Data Analysis Manager, Business Lead, and Manager of Fraud Operation Analysis at Capital One. Hemant also worked as a Business Leader for Marketing Analytics at USAA and served as the Vice President of Analytics at WNS. Hemant co-founded and worked as the Cofounder of InterMediapp Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd before joining Franklin Templeton Investments as the Director of Customer Analytics. Hemant then became the Senior Vice President of Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Analytics at Rabobank N.A. Hemant is currently the Vice President of Data Analytics and Insights at Delta Dental Insurance. Throughout their career, Hemant has demonstrated a strong ability to use data to inform business strategy, improve market share, and drive revenue growth.

Hemant Todi has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Hemant also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they pursued Data Science studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2019. Hemant Todi has also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance.
