Ralph Torres has a diverse work experience in data analytics and management roles. Ralph is currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics Consultancy at Delta Dental Ins. Prior to this, they worked at Workday as the Director of Analytics Strategy and Enablement, where they led the implementation of a unified Enterprise Data and Analytics strategy. Ralph also held positions at VMware, Inc as a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence Analytics, where they managed a global team responsible for delivering BI solutions to various internal functions. Additionally, they worked at eBay, Inc as a Staff Business Analyst and at Sun Microsystems, Inc in various roles including Technical Analyst, Engineering Program Manager, Manager of Engineering Support, and Program Manager.
