Mina Chen

Mina Chen is an experienced Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Delta Electronics since March 2017, specializing in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on R&D (80%) and other areas (20%) within the industrial automation and power/automotive electronics industries, achieving an annual headcount fulfillment rate exceeding 90%.
