Carrie Hofer

Carrie Hofer is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Talent Strategies at Delta Faucet Company since May 2022, Carrie previously held several key positions at Allison Transmission and Allegion, PLC, where responsibilities included leading global talent attraction, acquisition, and development functions. Carrie also served as Vice President of People at Finish Line, overseeing comprehensive human resources operations and driving innovative talent initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at AUL/OneAmerica, Robert Half International, Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, and a solid educational background with a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and further studies at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
