Karan Madan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience & People Analytics at Delta Faucet Company since April 2022. Prior to this role, Karan held various positions at Cummins Inc. from June 2011 to April 2022, including HR Operations Excellence & People Analytics Leader, Talent Management Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to global HR processes and talent management initiatives. Karan's career began as a Software Engineer at Infosys from June 2008 to May 2009. Karan holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute, and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
