Tasha Goodlow

Tasha Goodlow, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Delta Faucet Company, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Tasha held the role of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager at Dr. Tavel Optical Group from August 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to execute talent strategies and overseeing employee disciplinary matters. Tasha’s extensive experience in human resources includes positions at Toyota Material Handling, where Tasha progressed from Human Resources Specialist to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Ryobi Die Casting, Inc. as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Lead. Additionally, Tasha worked at Cummins Inc. as a Talent Management Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Paralegal and Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Paralegal Studies from Ivy Tech Community College.
