Lea Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lea started their career as a Data Entry Processor at Delta Health Systems in 1997 and progressed through various roles such as Claims Processor, Account Manager, and Client Services Manager. In 2009, they became the Director of Client Implementations & Reporting and later moved on to the role of Senior Director. In 2015, Lea was promoted to Vice President, Client Services, and recently, they took on the role of Vice President Operations. Prior to their tenure at Delta Health Systems, Lea worked as an Administrative Support at Spring Anesthesia Group in 1996.
Lea Reyes has an extensive education history. Lea began in 1998 at San Joaquin Delta College, specializing in online business management, medical terminology, English, PowerPoint, and internet skills. Lea then attended the University of the Pacific in 2005, where they earned a certificate in supervision. In 2006, they attended Axia University of Phoenix and obtained an AA in business administration.
Continuing their education, Lea Reyes pursued a bachelor's degree in business management at the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. Lea then went on to complete an MBA with a concentration in healthcare from the same institution between 2011 and 2013. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued another MBA degree, this time concentrating on project management professional from the University of Phoenix.
Lea Reyes furthered their knowledge in the field of healthcare by attending HCAA in 2018 to 2019, becoming a certified self-funded specialist. In 2019 to 2020, they studied consumer-driven health plans and became a flexible compensation specialist at ECFC. Finally, in 2023, they completed their education at ECFC with a degree as a COBRA administration specialist (CAS).
Throughout their education, Lea Reyes has focused on business management, healthcare, project management, and specialized knowledge in healthcare administration.
