Morgan Kaplan has extensive experience in volunteer services and chapter development within the sorority and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Services at Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarters since May 2022, Morgan oversees volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement strategies. Previously, Morgan held various positions at Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority, including Associate Director of Volunteer Engagement, Associate Director of New Chapter Development, and Assistant Director of Chapter Services, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing operational aspects of chapters to developing training curricula. Early career roles included managing events for Sparc/Springfield Arc Inc. and serving as a Regional Leadership Consultant for Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority, Inc. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Science from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from Lincoln Land Community College.
