Caroline Moore

Caroline Moore, MPH, is a seasoned professional in volunteer services and patient engagement, currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Services at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since 2014. In this role, Caroline leads the recruitment, training, and management of approximately 300 hospital volunteers and builds partnerships with hospital leadership and community organizations. Previously, Caroline held the position of Program Leader for Patient and Family Engagement at the same institution, overseeing the placement of volunteer patient/family advisors to enhance care quality. Caroline's extensive background includes significant roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where responsibilities included managing the Aging Resource Center and coordinating research projects at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center. Early career experiences feature program management at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and research evaluation at Columbia University. Caroline holds a Master of Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Columbia University.
