Juergen started their career with roles at Deutsche Börse in various areas such as training, personnel development, and communication from 1990 to 2000.
Juergen Thurm attended Georg-Kerschensteiner-Schule from 1985 to 1986, where they obtained a Fachhochschulreife in the field of study of Wirtschaft.
