Rusty Yao Zhang

Rusty Yao Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rusty Yao started their career as a Junior Designer at the China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research in 2016. Afterwards, in 2021, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at Ocean Australia and as a Sales Consultant at Optus. In their role at Optus, they were promoted to Senior Sales Consultant. Currently, Rusty is working as a Graduate Project Engineer at Delta Group, a leading Civil and Demolition company in the Southern Hemisphere. In this role, they have been involved in various projects, including several construction sites in Melbourne and the Waurn Ponds Duplication Project in Geelong.

Rusty Yao Zhang pursued their education in the field of Civil Engineering. Rusty Yao completed their undergraduate studies at China University of Geosciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree. Rusty's undergraduate journey began in 2013 and came to an end in 2017. Subsequently, they went on to join Monash University for their Master's degree in Civil Engineering. From 2018 to 2020, they dedicated their time to furthering their knowledge and skills in the field.
