Max Baessato

Max Baessato is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Delta-Q Technologies since April 2018, Max has progressed through various roles including People & Culture Generalist and Coordinator. Prior to this, Max worked at Open Door Group for nearly six years in multiple HR capacities, leading talent acquisition and employee management initiatives. Before the HR career, Max contributed to socio-economic programs as a Program Assistant at SeedRock Social Enterprises and assisted immigrant women in employment through an internship at Assolei Sportello Donna. Max holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Simon Fraser University, along with ongoing studies in Professional Sales at Langara College.
