Kerren Hayball MA serves as the Group External Marketing Lead at Lucion since June 2018, overseeing marketing initiatives for a purpose-driven company focused on protecting people and the environment. Additionally, Kerren holds the position of Group Marketing Executive for various brands within the Lucion Group, including Ground Engineering Limited, Aberdeen Radiation Protection Services Ltd, Delta-Simons Ltd, and Lucion Services. Previously, Kerren operated as a Freelance Marketing Consultant from March 2017 to June 2018 and as a Brand Executive at Greene King from June 2014 to June 2016, contributing to brand strategies and sales growth. Kerren holds a Master's degree in Cross Cultural Communication and International Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, both from Newcastle University.
