Mark Shuster's work experience includes a diverse array of roles and responsibilities.

Mark began their career in 1997 as a Logistics Officer in the US Marine Corps before transitioning to a Territory Sales Manager role at Pfizer in 1998.

In 2000, they joined Quantum Realtors as a Program Manager, overseeing various programs until 2007. During this time, they also served as a Project Manager and Military Technical Advisor for the HBO mini-series "The Pacific" with Warriors Inc.

From 2007 to 2011, Shuster held the position of Commanding Officer in the US Marine Forces Reserve, where they were responsible for training marine divisions in Combat Hunter.

Following their military service, they worked as a Program Manager for Skurka Aerospace, specializing in Aerospace Program Management for Military Sales and Manufacturing.

In 2013, they joined Quantum Realtors again, this time as a Senior Program Manager.

From 2015 to 2017, Shuster served as a Program Manager at Dytran Instruments, Inc., focusing on Aerospace and Manufacturing Program Management.

In 2018, they became an Operations & Maintenance Program Manager at Delta Solutions and Strategies, LLC. Mark was later promoted to Director of Operations & Maintenance Programs in 2023.

Since 2020, they have also held various leadership positions at the United States Marine Forces Reserve, including roles as a Colonel and an Emergency Operations Executive.

Throughout their career, Shuster has gained extensive experience in operations, maintenance, program management, and leadership, with a strong focus on military and aerospace industries.

Mark Shuster began their education at Adolfo Camarillo High School, where they obtained a high school diploma in 1987. Following this, they attended Ventura College from 1987 to 1988, where they took freshman undergraduate classes but did not earn a degree. In 1987, they also attended UCLA and received a commission in the U.S. Marine Corps. From 1988 to 1991, they attended California State University, Northridge, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
