Wali Bacdayan is a Venture Partner at Delta-v Capital. Wali began investing in private growth companies in 1994. He has over 25 years of experience actively managing investment firm operations and portfolio company performance.
Previously, Wali co-founded Incline Equity Partners. While at Incline, he was responsible for all aspects of investment management including fundraising, strategic planning, sourcing and executing new investments, and managing portfolio company performance. Prior to co-founding Incline, Wali was a partner at PNC Equity Partners and a financial analyst in the Acquisition and Private Finance Group at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., where he focused on private debt and equity financings for middle market growth companies. Wali is an active private investor and serves as a director on the boards of several private companies and non-profit organizations.
Wali received his M.B.A. from The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned a B.A. summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Washington and Lee University, where he played varsity football and track and field. Wali currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Washington and Lee University. He is an avid golfer and an enthusiastic youth soccer coach.
