In order to be successful, marketers must be able to understand and effectively communicate with people from a wide array of backgrounds and life experiences. Coming from an undergraduate discipline of Organizational Communication, American Studies, and Women and Gender Studies at UNC Charlotte, Justin brings a unique perspective to DELTA |v| as they continue to serve clients all across the nation.

Justin Clemence joined the DELTA |v| team in 2021 as the Marketing and Events Coordinator. As one of the latest additions to the growing marketing team, Justin handles marketing vendor relations, coordinates marketing events and conferences, updates and maintains the CRM, and assists in the creation of various marketing materials. His affable personality and love for meeting new people make him an invaluable asset to DELTA |v|’s vendor relations and external marketing efforts.
