Deltares
Richard Marijnissen is currently a post-doctoral researcher at Deltares working on the REST-COAST project. Previously, Richard worked as a flood protection specialist at Arcadis and completed their PhD at Wageningen University & Research on the topic of enabling multiple uses in flood risk management. Richard has also gained experience as a junior researcher at Delft University of Technology, a graduate student at Boskalis Westminster Ltd., a student at Thuy Loi University, and completed internships at Deltares and PostNL. Richard holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a PhD in Shared-use of Flood Defences from Wageningen University & Research.
