Passant Elagroudy

Passant Elagroudy is a post-doctoral researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI), specializing in HCI research focused on wearables and AI since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an HCI researcher at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where significant contributions were made to the EU project AMPLIFY, and at Institut für Visualisierung und Interaktive Systeme (VIS), where research involved EU projects RECALL and AMPLIFY. Educational credentials comprise a PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Stuttgart, an MSc in Digital Media Engineering and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the German University in Cairo. During earlier positions, Elagroudy developed educational courses, moderated international events, and managed multi-national research proposals.
