Sadie McEvoy is a Senior Researcher at Deltares since 2015, focusing on adaptive planning and climate change adaptation related to water resources, coasts, and cities, with an emphasis on decision-making under deep uncertainty. McEvoy's previous roles include Researcher at Deltares and TU Delft, contributing to the IPCC 6th Assessment Report, and conducting doctoral research on collaborative planning support tools for urban adaptation. McEvoy's educational background includes a PhD in Policy Analysis and Water Management, an MSc in Integrated Water Resources Management and Hydrology, and a BSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering, alongside ongoing studies at Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Water Resources Engineer at URS Corporation, specializing in design and consulting for water infrastructure and resources planning.
