Early Stage Researcher at Deltares

Ted Buskop is an Early Stage Researcher at Deltares, contributing to the European CLIMAAX project specializing in Regional Climate Risk Assessments since January 2023. Previously, as a Policy Writer at The West Wing Think Tank, Ted led the development of a policy focused on "Digitalisation in Africa for Decent Work," coordinating meetings and expert interviews. Educational background includes a PhD in Water and Climate Risk from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, an MSc in Engineering & Policy Analysis from TU Delft, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from TU Delft. Ted has also held student assistant roles at TU Delft, managed events and finance for student organizations, and developed websites as a self-employed professional.
