Eddie Chang (Tianju)

Eddie (Tianju) Chang is an experienced programmer analyst currently working at Maximus Canada since May 2020, contributing to the development of a modular health care suite that enhances system performance and user experience. Previously, Eddie held roles as an IT engineer at Lenovo, where internal sales management systems were improved and migrated to the cloud, and as an associate consultant at Oracle China, participating in projects that focused on enhancing service scalability through Oracle Cloud. Early career experience includes technical recruiting at Intellipro Group Inc and a research assistant position at the University of Tennessee, where statistical models were developed for bioinformatics. Eddie holds a Master of Science with a minor in Statistics from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from China Agricultural University.
