Karen Kupchenko

Karen Kupchenko is a seasoned quality assurance and business analysis professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as QA Team Lead and Senior QA Analyst at Maximus Canada since February 2021, Karen has previously held significant positions within the Government of Alberta, including Business Analyst and Senior Solution Tester from May 2005 to July 2020, and Quality Assurance Analyst in the Department of Energy. Earlier, Karen worked as a Senior System Solution Tester in the Department of Transportation and as a Product Designer at Autodesk. Karen began a career as a Senior Business Analyst and Quality Assurance at TransCanada PipeLines Limited. Karen holds a diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology).
