Charlotte Kountz

Charlotte Kountz has a diverse work experience that starts with their role as an Editorial/Marketing Assistant at Nature's Best Photography in 2013. Charlotte then worked as an Associate Investigator at USIS for a few months in 2014 before transitioning to CACI International Inc as an Investigator. In 2015, they joined Deltek as a Sales Development Representative and worked their way up to become a Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and eventually a Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2024, they took on the role of Team Lead, Principal Customer Success Manager at Deltek.
