Michael M.

Michael M. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Michael started their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative at Service Electronics, Inc., where they provided field support for home service technicians and diagnosed and corrected problems with computer parts and peripherals.

In 2005, Michael joined HRsmart as an Application Developer, where they played a key role in the deployment of an internal MediaWiki site and assisted in the design and development of a Learning Management System. Michael later became a Senior Client Developer, responsible for designing and implementing modifications to Learning Management and Employee Performance Management systems. In 2009, they took on the role of Product Technical Lead, overseeing multiple concurrent development cycles and managing a team of developers.

After leaving HRsmart in 2010, Michael joined Stream Energy as a Senior Software Developer. Michael spent two years designing and implementing LAMP solutions for the national electricity and gas retailer. Michael also developed an engine to process ERCOT Texas Standard Electronic Transaction documents in a vendor-agnostic way.

Most recently, Michael joined Deltek, Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Principal Software Architect. Further details about their current role are not provided.
