Morten Hall Schou

Morten Hall Schou has had extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and IT industry. Morten Hall began their career as an IT Developer at Danske Bank in 1999 and later served as a Project Manager and System Manager, leading teams in Denmark and India. In 2014, they joined Bluegarden as the Senior Director - CIO, responsible for IT development and operations. Morten Hall then transitioned to KMD in 2018, where they served as the Technology Director, leading teams in Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Engineering at Deltek, overseeing global R&D teams. Morten Hall also took on additional roles within Deltek, including Managing Director of Deltek Sweden and Board Member of Deltek Norway. Their work experience includes responsibilities such as defining and implementing strategies, building outstanding IT solutions, and managing operational efficiency. Additionally, they served as a Board Member of Bikeshare Danmark A/S, leading the company through challenges such as cyber-attacks and a failed sales process. Morten Hall Schou has a diverse education history. Morten Hall started with their primary education at Tune Skole from 1982 to 1993. Afterward, they attended Roskilde Tekniske Gymnasium from 1993 to 1996 for their high school education. Following that, Morten attended Roskilde Handelsskole from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in IT as a Datamatiker. Later on, in 2013, they pursued a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Business Administration and Management, General at Handelshøjskolen i København/CBS, completing it in 2018. Furthermore, they also attended CBS Bestyrelsesuddannelserne in 2022 to 2023, specializing in board of directors education. In terms of additional certifications, Morten obtained the Cubiks Logiks General and Cubiks Team Role Questionnaire certifications in 2013, both from Cubiks. Morten Hall also holds an ITIL Foundation v3 certification, obtained in 2010.
