Sebastián Ratero

Sebastián Ratero is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental management and public administration. Currently serving as Scaling Project Leader at Delterra since September 2022, Sebastián has held various strategic roles, including Jefe de gabinete at the Secretaría de Innovación y Transformación Digital and senior advisor at both the Ministerio de Espacio Público e Higiene Urbana and the Secretaría de Asuntos Estratégicos within the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. With a strong background in interministerial coordination for environmental policies at the Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, and experience in project management at the Ministerio de Producción de la Nación, Sebastián combines a robust understanding of administrative efficiency with expertise in sustainable practices. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, a Master's in Public Administration and Policy from Universidad de 'San Andrés', and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
