Doug Baril has a vast experience in the plastics industry, starting from Nicolet Plastics where Doug worked for over three decades, eventually becoming the V.P. Engineering Services/Owner. Doug then moved on to 4GK Plastics as the Engineering Sales Manager before their current position at Deluxe Plastics as a Sales & Mfg. Engineer. Their expertise lies in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, and Sales Engineering. Doug has a background in tooling development, quoting, materials selection, APQP, DFM, and mold flow review.
