Jim D. has extensive experience in the HVAC and steam plant equipment industry, serving as a Boiler Room Aftermarket Specialist from 2018 until September 2023, where responsibilities included OEM aftermarket representation for equipment repair, modernization, preventative maintenance, and servicing. Prior to this role, Jim D. had a distinguished military career from 1992 to 2016, demonstrating skills as a doer, thinker, and problem solver. Jim D. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in HVAC Design Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
