Blair Brennan Slaughter, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of Delve Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping organizations achieve strategic goals through effective talent management, culture, structure, process, and leadership. With extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational development, Blair has held significant roles including Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development at T. Rowe Price and Executive Coach at TEDCO. Academic contributions include serving as an Instructor at Harvard Business School.
