Punam Halai

Punam Halai is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in water and wastewater engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Associate - Civil at Delve Underground since January 2023, Punam previously held similar positions at McMillen Jacobs Associates and has amassed extensive experience at AECOM in various roles, culminating in the position of Principal Civil Engineer. Additionally, Punam's early career included significant contributions as a Senior Pipelines Engineer at MWH Global. Educationally, Punam holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil with Environmental Engineering from UCL, obtained in 2007.
