Lissette Garcia

Lissette Garcia has a strong background in the biopharmaceutical industry. Lissette is currently working as a Senior Associate Scientist at DEM Biopharma, Inc., where they focus on biologics drug discovery. Prior to this, Lissette worked at Rubius Therapeutics as a Senior Research Associate in the Protein Sciences department. Lissette also gained experience at Avid Bioservices, where they held multiple roles including Process Development Research Associate, Downstream and Manufacturing Associate, Downstream. Lissette's career in the industry began with a position as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at California State University, Fullerton, and they also completed a Summer REU Internship at the University of Chicago.

Lissette Garcia attended California State University, Fullerton from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology.
