Shielo Sotto has had a varied career, beginning in 2012 as a Retention Specialist/Team Leader for SiriusXM. In 2014, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Telephone Banker II. In 2018, Shielo Sotto became an Executive Virtual Assistant. In 2019, they were a Team Supervisor for Virtual Staffing Solutions. In 2021, they began working for The Better Group LLC as an Administrative Assistant, for DEMAKIS TECHNOLOGIES as a Project Manager, for ReWax and UnWine Events as a Customer Service Representative, and for Growth99.com as a Virtual Assistant and Content Writer. Shielo Sotto is currently an Operations Manager at New Limits.

Shielo Sotto attended Visayas State University Main Campus in Baybay City, Leyte from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Elementary Education.
