Iskander Pols

Iskander Pols has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Iskander is currently working at DemandScience as the Vice President of Innovation, where they shape the innovation strategy and oversees the Innovation Lab. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director at DemandScience.

Iskander co-founded Finity SA in 2007 and served as the Co-founder and Data & Innovation expert until February 2023. Before that, they were the Owner and Interim Manager at Barracuda from 2003 to 2006.

Iskander gained extensive experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise - Telecom, where they held two roles. Iskander was the Director of the e-services Startup Accelerator Program - Europe, where they implemented HP's startup acceleration and partnerships program, leading to significant revenue growth. Iskander also worked as a Market Development Manager for Northern Europe.

Iskander also held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager EMEA at Hummingbird Communications Ltd from 1993 to 1997, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Manager at AT&T from 1991 to 1993.

Iskander Pols attended ETH Zürich from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Masters degree in Data Processing & Cryptography.
