Pamela Carter

Pamela Carter serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at DemandScience, leading global corporate governance initiatives and managing M&A activities, strategic partnerships, and the intellectual property portfolio. Previous roles include Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included providing strategic legal advice, compliance program establishment, and oversight of privacy counsel as DPO, and Vice President of Legal and Administration, managing legal and HR departments. Prior experience includes Vice President of Legal Services at Somos, Inc., Senior Manager Legal Services and Intellectual Property at PC Connection, and earlier paralegal roles in multiple organizations focused on corporate governance and intellectual property management. Pamela Carter holds a Juris Doctor degree from Massachusetts School of Law and has pursued further education in paralegal studies and business administration.
