Jennifer Batley

Jennifer Batley is an experienced founder and executive consultant currently leading Batley Advisory, an independent consultancy that specializes in strategic planning, operational excellence, and transformational change for start-ups and organizations. Additionally, Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors at Intouch Insight and holds various advisory roles including Customer Experience and Transformation Strategist for Differly Inc. and Start-Up Advisor for Invest Ottawa. With a strong focus on mentoring, Jennifer contributes to L-SPARK's Accelerator programs and advises SaaSCan on research methodology. Jennifer's prior experience includes serving as President of Napkyn Analytics, where significant business transformations were achieved. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business Management from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
