Jenny Strauss

Jenny Strauss possesses extensive experience in employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across multiple roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Experience and DE&I at Demandbase, Jenny previously held the position of Human Resources Director and Engagement Leader at InsideView, a Demandbase Company. Jenny's background includes significant roles at SunPower Corporation and PowerLight Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Global Employee Engagement & Communications Strategist to Inside Sales Manager. Earlier in Jenny's career, positions included Account Supervisor at Seidel O'Neil & Partners and Senior Account Executive at Beeline Group. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Humanities from San Francisco State University and The Evergreen State College.
