Rick Jashnani

Rick Jashnani is a Principal Product Manager at Demandbase, having previously held positions as a Product Manager at Google and Senior Product Manager at Yahoo. During their time at Yahoo, Rick led the development of the Yahoo Video product offering and played a key role in forming a coherent product, marketing, and content strategy around the Community release. At Cornerstone OnDemand, Rick owned the Performance module, which was rated by Gartner as industry-leading and responsible for over 40% of deals. Rick holds an MBA in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
