Edimara Iansen Wieczorek

Partner of Demarest’s Mergers and Acquisitions area in the Campinas office, Edimara Iansen Wieczorek holds a postgraduate degree in Tax and Corporate Law as well as Civil Procedural Law, both from PUC-PR. She specializes in Corporate Law and focuses her practice in companies in the plastics and mechanics, cardboard packaging and tool manufacturing sectors, as well as in agribusiness companies. Edimara is president of the Strategic Committee of Women Executives, organized by the Brazil-US Chamber of Commerce, in the city of Campinas, and a member of the Tax Committee of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
