Summary Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role is to provide day to day HR support for employees. This support requires working closely with our Human Resource Manager to perform HR related activities including; recruitment, new hire orientation, maintaining and organizing personnel documents, employee relations, and additional administrative duties as required.
Principal Responsibilities:
Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR related experience.
Experience with employment/labor laws, and HR policies.
Efficient HR administrative and record-keeping skills.
The successful candidate will be relationship focused, possess a positive attitude, take pride in doing quality work, and be driven to produce results.
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and proactively follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. HRIS experience is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
