John Dunlap

John Dunlap has over a decade of diverse experience in the construction management field. Currently serving as the Quality Control Systems Manager at DeMaria since July 2017, John previously held roles such as Project Superintendent and Project Coordinator at BC Construction Group and Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent at AIMS Construction, where projects included the Chelsea Community Hospital Cancer Center and Surgery Renovation. John's earlier roles include Lab Technician in the Construction Technology Department at Washtenaw Community College, where responsibilities encompassed project estimation, workshop management, and safety enforcement. John began a career in construction as a Drywall Estimator, Installer, Finisher, and Painter at Cutting Edge Drywall. Educationally, John earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Certificate of Completion in Automobile Collision & Restoration from Motech Auto Body.
