Ajay Sinha

Ajay Sinha is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Dematic since August 2023, Ajay oversees the software R&D teams focused on DevOps, MLOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, and toolchain development. Prior to this role, Ajay was a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from October 2022 to July 2023, where collaboration with multiple teams was essential for enhancing CloudFront features to improve customer experiences for billions globally. Ajay's tenure at Dematic North America spanned from January 2012 to October 2022, during which leadership extended to various software engineering teams responsible for real-time intralogistics software, DevSecOps initiatives, cloud architecture on GCP, edge computing, and MLOps operations, while also managing the delivery of software components and automated testing frameworks.
