Kim Rinke

Kim Rinke, M.Ed., is an accomplished professional in the field of instructional design and talent development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of the Global Project Engineering Academy at Dematic since October 2015, Kim leads initiatives to enhance learning for project execution teams through sustainable development programs and just-in-time learning. Previous roles at Dematic include Director of Global Talent Development and Senior Program Manager for New Engineer Onboarding and Assimilation, where Kim successfully implemented comprehensive training and development strategies for leaders and new employees. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Training Manager at Aimia Inc., Sales Training Manager at Dynatrace, Principal and Consultant at Rinke Rummler Consulting, Senior Instructional Designer at DCT, Inc., and Manager of the Education Resources Group at Compuware. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in History/English Education from Michigan State University.
