Marco Spera

Marco Spera is a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Notino since September 2022, bringing extensive logistics and operations experience from previous roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included overseeing KPI monitoring and managing large teams as a Shift Supervisor in both the Flow and Outbound areas. Prior experience includes serving as a Logistic Planner at FABBRI 1905, where Marco contributed to the implementation of an ERP system and managed material flows, and a similar role at Logista, focusing on material storage organization and goods movement. Marco holds a Master's degree in Ingegneria Gestionale from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, as well as a diploma from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale "Leonardo Da Vinci".
