Nikki M. is a seasoned professional in program and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management for Global Products & Solutions at Dematic since February 2023. Previously, Nikki held the position of Director of Engineering Operations at Last Energy from March 2021 to October 2022. Nikki's extensive experience at Dematic includes roles such as Program Manager for Process Excellence and Business Operations Manager, along with founding the Dematic Women's Network. Early career roles encompass various engineering and operational responsibilities, highlighted by significant lab experience in nuclear engineering at the University of Tennessee. Nikki is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering and was a Division I scholarship athlete and team captain for Lady Volunteer Rowing, leading the team to two Conference Championships.
