Ruthanne Griffin

Ruthanne Griffin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and data administration. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Data Management at Dematic since April 2022, Ruthanne previously held various roles at Grand Valley State University from April 1995 to April 2022, culminating as the Director of HR Administration & Technology. Ruthanne's earlier career includes positions as a Human Resources Sales Consultant at Office Staffing Incorporated and multiple roles at CompHealth / Group One, including Recruiter and Scheduler. Ruthanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Grand Valley State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at the same institution.
