Kimberly Young

Kimberly Young is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Library Strategy & Innovation Specialist at Demco, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director at Monarch Library System and Library Director at Houghton Lake Public Library. Kimberly also served as Deputy Director at Brown County and Supervising Librarian at Pueblo City-County Library District, where responsibilities included managing multiple satellite libraries and community outreach. Additional roles include Branch Manager at Jackson District Library and Youth Services Librarian at Lenawee County Library. Kimberly holds a Master of Information and Library Science from Wayne State University, a Master's in Early Childhood Education from The University of Arizona Global Campus, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Adrian College.
