Danker Rijk

Danker Rijk currently serves as the TQM and resilience manager at DEME Group since May 2019, focusing on introducing resilient engineering and driving excellence within the organization. Prior to this, Danker held senior management roles in QHSE at an international offshore and renewable energy company and another international offshore company. With extensive experience in interim management as the Director at Radix bv and manager roles at JDR Cable Systems, Danker also contributed to ICT management at ROC Zeeland and HRM operations at Zeelandnet. Early career experience includes managing chemical waste recycling at Van Gansewinkel and serving as a trainer consultant for survival at sea at the Maritime Training Center. Danker Rijk holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in TQM from London South Bank University and maritime-related degrees from HZ University of Applied Sciences and Zeevaartschool Vlissingen.
