Monisha Mohandass

Monisha Mohandass is a data analyst at DEME Group since October 2022, specializing in HR data analysis. Prior to this role, Monisha held various positions at L&T Infotech, starting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and progressing to Software Engineer and later to Senior Software Engineer from August 2017 to October 2022. Monisha earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from S.A. Engineering College from 2012 to 2016, and completed 12th grade with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science at St. Mary’s Matriculation School from 2010 to 2012.
