Najwa Abid

Najwa Abid has over 8 years of work experience in the HR domain. Najwa is currently working as the Head of the corporate talent department at DEME Group, where they are responsible for learning and development, talent acquisition, sustainability initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to this role, Najwa worked at Hudson Benelux for 7 years, initially as an HR officer and later as the Manager of the talent management department. In these roles, they provided strategic HR support, leadership development, and acted as an advisor, coach, and trainer.

Najwa Abid completed their Master's degree in Organizational & Industrial Psychology from Ghent University. Najwa attended Ghent University from 2007 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School, which they completed during the academic year of 2012-2013.
