Simon Crowson

Simon Crowson has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically in fundraising and philanthropy. Simon worked as the Director of Business Development at Dementia Australia from 2017, where they implemented a successful fundraising and marketing plan resulting in a 46% increase in income over three years. At Alzheimer's Australia NSW, where they were the General Manager of Fundraising from 2011 to 2017, Simon focused on increasing fundraising growth by 93% and improving the efficiency of fundraising programs. Prior to that, Simon worked as the Partnerships and Fundraising Manager at Bliss Special Care Baby Charity, where they achieved significant successes in corporate fundraising and trust application income. Throughout their career, Simon has also held fundraising management roles at organizations such as the British Heart Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, and QUIT.

Simon Crowson attended London South Bank University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a 2.1 BA (Hons) degree in Politics. Prior to their university education, they completed their GCSEs at Henry Box Secondary School. Simon also attended West Oxfordshire College, where they pursued A Levels in Politics, Art & Design.
